How To Make Your To-do List Smaller!

You can’t do everything. There simply aren’t enough hours in a day. Instead ask yourself: “What am I willing to give up in order to gain more hours for the things that really matter?”
~ Harold Taylor

Does ‘busy’ rule your world and make you feel overwhelmed?

Does your list of commitments, tasks, and action items grow exponentially day after day?

And do you often wonder if there’s ever going to be an end to all of the stuff to do?

This is no way to face every day – burdened by a barrage of To-Do items that never ever seem to get done and most likely demotivate you to take action on them.

It’s time to get real about your To-Do list and your available time and energy.

What you really need to do is decide once and for all what you’re not going to do.

That’s right … NOT going to do!

Figure out the stuff you’re really never gonna get done, nor will you ever have enough time to get them done – then get them off of your list once and for all.

Be ruthless, callous, merciless, pitiless, and dare I say … barbarous? (Don’t you just love a good thesaurus?)

You cannot do everything. With so much stuff to do, the trick is to eliminate those of lesser importance so that the really important things can get done.

That’s a smarter way to build a to-do list.

Start cutting that list down today. You’ll feel lighter and you’ll really see the important stuff clearer.

Plus, you’ll be so motivated to get at that trimmed-down list, you may just get it done after all.

Cut your to-do list down … get more done.

Now, get on with your day!
