Notebooks appear to be making a comeback (some of you readers might even say it never went away in the first place). With all the apps for making task lists or recording your notes, don’t underestimate the simplicity and effectiveness of a notebook.

- Phrases you hear and want to remember
- Stuff to add to your task list – instead of trying to remember it
Keep it handy while you work. Use it to capture any distracting thoughts or fleeting ideas that pop into your head. Just quickly jot it down, get it out of your head and get back to business.
